Former Minister for Manpower Lim Swee Say was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal at the PAP Awards & Convention on Nov. 9. Lim, who is also the former labour chief, made his debut as MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC in 1997, and subsequently served in Holland-Bukit Panjang and East Coast GRCs until his retirement in 2020.
